Our Lite-Net was used at Donaulände of the Upper Austrian state capital Linz for moving large trees and planting new trees.

In order to support the rooting of the tree (planting new trees) the Lite-Net was used as a vegetation net, placed directly around the root bales.

In addition, the Lite-Net was inserted into the whole tree pit (tree roots screen).

When moving the large trees the Lite-Net was simply inserted as a tree roots net into the tree pit and was lifted up to the surface. There it absorbs air and water in order to spread it most quickly and extensively at root level. In the process it was stretched from the surface down to approx. 80cm deep around the root bales with a diameter of 3 meters. Alternatively the Lite-Net was used as a kind of tree roots screen.
